eEye Digital Security is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Technical Support team. If desired and qualified, a successful candidate can eventually transition into different opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer product tickets
- Provide troubleshooting and debugging for customer problems
- Provide phone support to all accounts
- Escalate necessary items to Engineering for resolution
- Manage customer communication and expectations
- Provide communication flow to the Development and Quality Assurance teams
Position Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years in enterprise software customer support
- Knowledge of security software, networking and Windows OS
