(Irvine, CA) eEye Digital Security is looking to hire an engineer to assist with all aspects of security research and the eEye Preview Security Intelligence Service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop cohesive intelligence documentation covering a variety of topics within information security.
- Present findings to customers via documentation, conference calls, web-based demonstration, or on-site presentation.
- Assist with penetration testing engagements.
- Identify new vulnerabilities and analyze public vulnerability advisories.
- Reverse engineer binaries to demonstrate security vulnerabilities at an assembly-level.
- Capture and analyze malware that is currently in the wild.
- Develop tools covering: vulnerability discovery, malware analysis, honeypot technologies, botnet identification and monitoring.
Job Qualifications
- Practical reverse engineering experience with emphasis on malware and security analysis
- 2+ years of experience in professional security research
- Rapid tool development programming skills (Python, C#) Professional demeanor with customers
- Solid presentation and documentation skills
- Desired: Ability to acquire DoD security clearance
