eEye Professional Services are available to customers through various packaged offerings which include multiple-day formats to meet the individual requirements of the customer. The following packaged service offerings are available:
JumpStart Services (Phone/Web Based)
This package is designed for new and existing customers and offers basic product installation assistance and operational knowledge transfer of the solution.
QuickStart Services (Onsite 3-day Engagement)
This package is designed for new and existing small and medium origanizations and offers basic product installation assistance and operational knowledge transfer of the solution.
SureStart Services (Onsite 5-day Engagement)
This package is designed for new and existing medium and large enterprise customers where the product(s) is being deployed in a complex or sensitive environment(s) and offers expert advice in product rollout planning, implementation, knowledge transfer and management.
Consulting Services (Onsite 6-day Plus Engagement)
